-Diagnose yourself. It’s always wise to get a proper diagnosis from a qualified practicioner. After all,if you misdiagnose the issue,your going to be implementing the wrong treatment,which could leave your progress stalled if not reversed. So step one is always proper diagnosis.
-Perhaps the most important of all. Please do NOT try to perform ‘made up on the fly’ exercises to try to heal your frozen shoulder. As mentioned above,things like this could very well make your injuries worse not better. Why try to feel around in the dark for something that works when their are people that are experts in the matter? This also includes doing the program with determination and a daily routine.
