Frozen Shoulder Quick Tips
Just some quick reminders to help you heal your frozen shoulder pain.
If you catch it early enough you can try the basics for any injury.
Heat- Grab a heating pad and/or apply some extra Bengay(or something similar) to heat things up and bring more circulation to the area. When your nice and warmed up,if you feel its ok,try to stretch things out a bit and see how it feels.
