Frozen shoulder is the common name for adhesive capsulitis. It’s a medical condition that can cause extreme pain and a very limited range of motion(ROM) in the shoulder joint (glenohumeral socket) area. Frozen shoulder creates intense contraction of the capsule that surrounds and supports the shoulder girdle, hence its name adhesive CAPSULITIS. Although many articles and ‘experts’ will claim that the cause of frozen shoulder pain is unknown, that simply isn’t true. What is true however,is that it has a multitude of causitive factors. These include, but certainly aren’t limited to:

Any sort of injury to the shoulder area such as a strain or sprain.

Being out of spinal alignment relates to this as well and this is why seeing a qualified chiropractor is imperative in healing frozen shoulder pain.

Age,in a sense, can be a risk factor in developing frozen shoulder pain. The majority of people with frozen shoulder are women between forty and sixty years of age. This could very well be tied to hormonal changes that occur during this stage of life.

What I believe is a major factor in creating frozen shoulder in people that is not usually hit upon on most websites is the underlying emotional factor. Supressed emotions and painful memories that have not been properly processed can most certainly manifest as physical pain. The mind/body connection has been proven by both scientific studies,as of late,as well as ancient wisdom for thousands of years.
If you are interested in healing the root cause of physical symptoms I refer you to the EFT website at www.emofree.com and books by current healing/spiritual genius minds such as Deepak Chopra and Bruce Lipton.

Diabetes has been found to be highly related to developing frozen shoulder pain. It’s one more reason to control carbohydrate intake and live a healthy lifestyle to avoid this dangerous, painful condition.

Frozen shoulder starts with a stiffening, contracting effect of the shoulder area where adhesive bands are formed, restricting motion. It then proceeds through two additional stages as is shown below.

-First,the painful, freezing state. This stage normally has the highest level of acute pain. Range of motion is starting to becoming impaired, but its not nearly as stiff the next phase. Most people will claim that this stage takes anywhere from six to twelve weeks to move through but that is with the old paradigm of healing. Using the above mentioned mind/body techniques along with the proper physiological support, healing can go MUCH,MUCH quicker. Don’t suffer through drawn out pain just because it has been dubbed ‘normal’ by an outmoded modality of medicine.

-Second comes the actual frozen stage, where it gets its notorious name. The pain normally diminishes during this stage, but this is where you really lose your range of motion. Movement can be extremely limited, making it hard to even comb your hair, brush your teeth, button up your shirt,or anything else that involves raising your arm above your head. ‘Normal’ timeframes to work through this phase are usually quoted from four to six months, but again, see my above comments and don’t succumb to this unnecessary, drawn out suffering.

-Third and finally comes the thawing stage. People at large will tell you this is a gradual drawn out phase, lasting as long as,or more, than a year! Please, please read into my above mentioned information. The information for quick, natural healing of frozen shoulder pain is there, and many have already benefitted from it. That is why I wrote this article, and created this blog as a whole. To help people heal their frozen shoulder far quicker than what is currently deemed as ‘normal’ and ‘unavoidable’. With the proper shoulder physical therapy, you will learn how to stretch the affected area to speed up healing. This, coupled with the above information should have you well on the road to a full, speedy recovery.

They indicate a potentially drawn out experience of suffering and pain in the shoulder girdle including a severely restricted range of motion.

Trauma to the local area can stimulate this condition, creating scarring adhesive bands in place of flexible ligaments and tissue.

This results in agitation and pinching of nerves causing the pain, and due to the banding together of the previously flexible tissue it causes the aforementioned restriction in one's ability to move freely.

What may have been a commonplace task before the injury may now be next to impossible, or if it is at all doable, the experience is now riddled with difficulty and pain.

Some common examples of this would be combing your hair, brushing your teeth, driving a car, sitting at a desk, holding your children, and showering yourself.

Things we all take for granted may now causes us severe distress to accomplish, if we can even do them at all.

It's so important to avoid these debilitating effects as much as possible and limit the time they must be endured by taking massive immediate action with the proper physical therapy along with the ideal nutritional and supplemental support to aid the body's healing processes.

	Action steps:

-Immediately get a proper diagnosis by a specialist. This ensures you can begin the proper treatment that will work for your specific condition.

-Immediately begin the proper program for your affliction, in this case it would consist of the program that you can find by clicking here.

-Consistency is key, be sure to follow your program every day without fail. Eat healthy foods and get plenty of rest to help your body to recover and you will be clear of your adhesive capsulitis in no time flat!

Adhesive capsulitis general information:

This condition involves the shoulder being in extreme pain and lacking its normal functional movement, usually to a severe degree on both counts.

This is caused by localized inflammation coupled with actual scarring adhesions of the ligaments, tendons, and muscles in the area.

	The most prevalent symptoms are:

Severely restricted range of motion (rom)

	Debilitating pain

Stiffness to the point of rom problems

This condition sometimes seems to hit right out of the blue, other times it can be directly linked to a trauma to the shoulder girdle.

It may start of feeling like you just strained a muscle but it quickly proceeds into a very stiff, very painful situation where you can no longer do simple things that involve moving your arm due to the restriction of movement and pain.

Treatments include such things as natural anti-inflammatory supplements. I never recommend harmful synthetic NSAID meds, especially when there are such effective healthy alternatives.

Couple this with the proper physical therapy, nutrtitional/supplemental, and emotional support, and the normal time frame of six to nine months can be whittled down to next to nothing.

I don't believe surgery is ever truly necessary for this condition. I highly suggest that if the above does not patch you up like brand new, to see an ART specialist which stands for Active Release Therapy.

He or she will be able to get in deep and release any remaining, stubborn scar tissue.

To reiterate, some common causes include:

Other neck, back, or shoulder traumas

	Diabetes

	Other surgeries

	Hyperthyroidism

Overall, while it can be a horrible thing to go thru, it can be done in a fraction of the normally quoted time frames by following the above advice.

I've created this informational blog to help people get past it as quickly and painlessly as possible.

You see, my mother developed this problem a while back and she beat it!

So this blog is a combination of the objective research that I've done to try and help her, coupled with the subjective research that she has done experimenting on what worked and didn't work to get rid of her pain.

I'm very pleased to say that today she is pain free and has all of her range of motion back.

She did this with a specific set of physical therapy exercises along with the proper nutrition to feed her body what it needed to heal. She also used a combination of natural supplements to further enhance and speed up the healing process and eliminate pain.

So I hope you find this site of use, for the full story and to try out the actual program that she used, check this page out right here.

I wish you a speedy recovery from your adhesive capsulitis, and feel free to leave me any comments or drop me an email anytime.

Thanks, Justin

It's a dreadfully painful, restrictive problem that affects the shoulder girdle.

Adhesive bands start to form and attach to themselves, constricting and causing extreme tightness, virtually eliminating a person's range of motion (ROM).

Couple this with the fact that this area contains a bountiful supply of nerves and it's a sure recipe for a world of hurt.

One of the strangest things about this disease is that sometimes there is seemingly no known cause. It just seems to appear out of the blue. I'm of the mind that there is an underlying subconscious emotional issue at work in cases like this. For this I recommend trying EFT.

In other cases there is a trauma to the shoulder area such as a car accident, rotator cuff sports injury, arthritis, etc that precedes it.

Deep tissue massage, acupuncture, physical therapy (especially active release therapy or ART for short) are all highly recommended treatments for this condition.

What I do not recommend is the use of drugs such as anti inflammatory meds and steroid cortisone injections. These area temporary fix at best and are more likely to cause other problems and delay healing.

Go the natural route and help your body heal itself.

While you can do the exercises at home, you need someone to guide you in order to get the right exercises down properly.

I highly recommend you check out this post right here for just such a program.

This program also provides in depth information on what kind of nutritional and supplemental help you'll need to speed healing to the highest level possible.

For immediate relief I would suggest trying moist heat and natural anti inflammatories such as enzymes w/o food. White willow bark extract can act as a natural pain killer as long as you are not allergic to aspirin.

Although it can be a devastating condition, adhesive capsulitis can be beat!

Adhesive capsulitis can be benefited greatly by using acupuncture, in this article we're going to find out how.

This healing system has been used for millenia in China. That is a very long, very safe, and very effective track record if you ask me!

Generally speaking it entails using ultra thin needles into certain areas of the body. This in turn frees up the flow of 'chi' or life energy so that it can go where it's needed in the body, namely the area of pain in this case. This energy flows along channels known in acupuncture as meridians.

Did you know that millions of people in the USA alone suffer from this painful condition? It's true, you just don't hear much about it.

Many times it's precipitated by a trauma to the local area, setting it up for more problems to come.

Generally speaking there are three main stages to be aware of:

1- The freezing stage – This is where you start to lose your range of motion (ROM) and begin experiencing some pain. It is absolutely imperative to take massive, immediate action at this point, otherwise it will get much much worse and last many times longer than it otherwise would have.

2- The frozen stage – This is where your in the thick of it. For some, the pain may decrease, but everyone is left with severely restricted ROM to the point that otherwise mundane activities such as combing your hair or brushing your teeth become an uncomfortable or even impossible chore. Again, its vitally important to have the right treatment plan in place and to be taking the action steps each and every day to get through this ASAP.

3- The thawing stage – Finally , some relief is in sight! A gradual return of your ROM begins at this point though the pain will linger. It's still just as important to be working your program to the best of your ability.

So, in summary, the proper physical therapy along with adjuncts such as acupuncture (and of course proper nutrition and supplementation) is what's necessary if you want to minimize the time spent in pain with adhesive capsulitis.

For more information on a step by step program that works, go here.

According to studies, using acupuncture and exercises at this stage of the condition, could increase shoulder movement by 40-90%. The combination of both treatment dramatically improves range of movement. The use of NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) is not as effective at this stage of injury because stiffness of the shoulder becomes more of a problem. In addition, acupuncture is a natural and safe method in increasing shoulder movements that have very little side effects.

Just like the name indicates, the shoulder area starts to 'freeze up' causing both a very limited range of motion (ROM) along with extreme pain.

The functional cause of this is due to the shoulder tendons and ligaments actually tightening up with band-like adhesions.

Ask most 'experts' and they will tell you that you'll have to deal with this condition for anywhere from a few months to a few years! That is ridiculous as with the proper physical therapy and nutritional support, you can be fully recovered in a fraction of that time. It's all in knowing the right information and then applying that knowledge into wisdom.

Strangely enough this problem tends to affect women far more often than it does men. No one has been able to figure out why yet though it is postulated by some that it is due to the differences in hormones.

Regular treatments for this problem tend to revolve around anti inflammatory drugs and steroid cortisone injections. Both of which I find to be a bandaid at best and delaying healing or making things worse more than likely.

Natural anti inflammatories such as bromelain and proteolytic enzymes taken on an empty stomach can go along ways in helping to heal this issue along with the proper physical therapy.

Manual manipulation may be in order. If so I highly suggest seeing a chiropractor and in extreme cases an Active Release Therapist (ART).

By using the above options I truly believe that surgery is never going to be needed. I feel doctors are too knife happy in this day and age. Allow the body to heal itself, give it what it needs to do so I say.

This includes proper nutrition and supplementation. If your deficient in vitamins and minerals your body is going to find it hard if not impossible to heal.

For an in depth program showing you exactly what to do with your at-home physical therapy as well as all the nutritional support your body needs see this post here.

You don't have to suffer with adhesive capsulitis anymore, get help right now!

Hey folks, here’s another article written by my very favorite guest blogger, enjoy!

Cynthia Ament, Nutritional Consultant

Anyone who has experienced frozen shoulder syndrome can identify with
feeling a degree of hopelessness and anxiety in the face of ongoing pain
and discomfort. When therapy or pain treatment fails or stagnates, an
overwhelming feeling of uncertainty can trigger periods of excessive
stress, anxiety and serious depression.

I know from personal experience how easy it is to succumb to periods of
anxiety and depression while treating frozen shoulder pain. Fortunately my
background in nutrition and wellness gave me the knowledge and tools to
treat stress, anxiety and depression with safe and effective natural
methods and shorten its duration and severity.

In order to avoid added insult to injury it is critical that you develop a
treatment plan early. It is critical that you put in place a specific plan to
effectively treat your frozen shoulder pain and immobility as quickly as
possible. Left untreated, the compounding physical problems of frozen
shoulder can manifest serious emotional and mental problems. Applying
an effective method of resolving your frozen shoulder symptoms reduces
the chance of additional emotional stress or depression.

What factors trigger feelings of anxiety and depression in a frozen shoulder
victim? Research shows that typical frozen shoulder healing can be slow, yielding
minimal progress and extend for months if not years. Note that is ‘typical’ treatment,
for a much quicker method please see my post here.

To those suffering from frozen shoulder pain the prospect of years of this type of
agonizing pain, loss of mobility, sleeplessness and turmoil, may trigger
serious depression and anxiety. Frozen shoulder pain is often deep,
unrelenting pain, draining the entire body physically and emotionally.

Even the thoughts of “the possibility itself” trigger anxiety, stress and
depression. The feelings of helplessness snowball into physical symptoms
that tax and stress the immune system and cardiovascular systems. Added
stressors to the immune system can increase pain and the cycle continues
as stress rises.

Many scientific studies have documented the direct and indirect
connection between the mind and the body’s healing process. As you
begin to understand the importance of mind-body healing you will see how
our thoughts impact whether or not our body has the ability to strengthen
and heal frozen shoulder symptoms or regress.

Learn how to apply natural methods to reduce daily stress, add nutritional
supports for healing and seek professional help if needed in preventing
serious anxiety or depression. Simple changes can make a tremendous
impact and are critical for anyone suffering with frozen shoulder syndrome.
If your diet is poor, now is the time for change.

Begin by adding simple changes like drinking enough water, eating foods rich
in nutrient content, avoid allergens or synthetic chemicals and practice some
type of calming, meditative stress reducer like yoga, meditation, deep breathing
or prayer. Each of these methods can assist the body in the natural healing process
and reduce the probability of anxiety and depression symptoms from occurring.

Whoever has experienced adhesive capsulitis, also known as frozen shoulder, knows how damaging it is to live with such a reduced range of motion and all of that agony. In this article your going to get a brief overview of this horrible affliction and more importantly, what you can do to treat it starting tonight! If you would like to reach for something you’ve got to use your unaffected arm, if you have to use both your arms , for example in driving your automobile, it’s all about minimizing movements and planning gear changes and turns with army precision. This is no way to live. Adhesive capsulitis starts with an ache that grows gradually into more extreme discomfort, till the pain eases off leaving in its stead a stiff shoulder with little range of motion. Sometimes people affected by this condition take many months to recover an even a year or two. This can lead to disappointment and a wish to perform surgery. This, I assure you, is not necessary if you have the right info! While it is almost impossible to begin exercising normally at the start of this issue, it is to the contrary suggested to start following a correct physical therapy program as soon as possible. There is a fine line between doing the proper frozen frozen shoulder exercises to enable recover and overdoing it, or doing the wrong thing altogether. This is why you need information from a qualified individual. I know folks that have had this condition recently and I know now that they waited longer than it was required to start to exercise again, putting up with all kinds of constraints in their daily existence. Again, it’s so vitally important to get the right information and get started with the proper therapy ASAP. Listen, your hurting, bad…you need to order this instantly downloadable product right now so that you can get started TONIGHT! Because if you do, and you follow the instructions, your going to start healing the pain thats been keeping you up at night, and making your daily life intolerable. You'll be able to reach above your head again without crying, drive a car, button your shirt, pick up your children and all those other things that you used to take forgranted before you developed this painful condition. But imagine what your life would be like if you didn't order this. Where are you gonig to be a month from now? A year from now? Given the usual progression of the disease, you'll probably be as bad, and more than likely worse, than you are right now. As you can see, ordering this today is the right thing to do. Do this not only for yourself, but for all those people around you that have been affected by this terrible situation. You deserve to feel better and be pain free right now. And another reason you should order today is because the price could always go up in the near future. On top of that, I'm not sure how the currently available bonuses are going to last, and if you don't order by today, you might not get your bonus. If there even left right now. So click here and order right now. Sincerely, Justin P.S. – Stop messing around with programs from people not in the know, which is only going to make things worse. You need a specially designed program put together by someone who's been there, done that, and knows what it takes to get better quick, and that's just what your going to get to heal your adhesive capsulitis by Ordering Here Now.
